Sending a Mail/ Package

Inmates in the Youth Diagnostic & Development Center can get letters from loved ones as long they are pre-approved. All mail will be opened in front of the warders. It would be best if you addressed the letters correctly as the management will not be liable for any lost mail.

Inmates in Youth Diagnostic & Development Center can get photos, but there is a limit of 25 photos per prisoner. Nonetheless, you cannot send Polaroid or pornographic photos.
